Reading so many articles about cases of children with depression and autism makes me so worried. Even though my child is just over 4 years old, I think it is very important to understand him and train him with good qualities. That's why I chose to buy this book for reference. Great book. Haven’t finished it. Wish I bought it sooner.

This book is fantastic—clear, reassuring, and already making me feel like a calmer, more emotionally regulated adult… which is impressive because I’ve only made it partway through.

Pro tip: buy this before you have a tiny human with big emotions. Once the tantrums start, the only “reading” you’ll be doing is the back of the shampoo bottle while hiding in the bathroom.

If you’re pregnant, planning, or even just thinking about children—get it now while you still have uninterrupted time and brain cells. I’ll finish it eventually. Probably during a nap. Maybe.
